The Customer hereby authorises the issue and delivery of payment instructions for collect against his/her/its above-mentioned account on condition that the sum of such payment instructions shall not exceed his/her/its obligations as agreed to in the Customer Agreement. The Customer confirms that he/she/it understands that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the South African banks and that the details of each withdrawal will be reflected on each bank statement. The Customer hereby acknowledges that all payment instructions issued by the ISP shall be treated by the above-mentioned account as if each such payment instruction had been issued by the Customer. The Customer agrees that notwithstanding the fact that this Debit Order Authorisation Form may be cancelled by the Customer, such cancellation shall not affect the validity of the Customer Agreement nor the Customer’s liability in terms thereof. The Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which were withdrawn while this Debit Order Authorisation Form was in force, if such amounts are legally owing to the ISP. The Customer hereby acknowledges that this Debit Order Authorisation Form may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Customer Agreement is ceded and/or assigned to such third party.

The Customer confirms the accuracy of the information contained in this Fibre Subscription Form and warrants that he/she/it is duly authorised to enter into the Customer Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that he/she/it has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the Standard Terms and Conditions as well as all product specific terms and conditions currently in force between the ISP and the Customer. The Customer hereby consents to the ISP performing credit clearance verification and consents to the ISP obtaining the Customer’s credit information from credit bureaus and providing information to credit bureaus in accordance with the NCA. The Customer further acknowledges that the activation of some services is, amongst others, subject to RICA and consents to the ISP verifying the Customer’s details and documents against third party databases strictly for the purposes of compliances with RICA.

You’ll start paying once the line and equipment is installed and the internet service is active. Internet services are billed in prorate and payable in advance. Your first invoice will be payable by EFT on the day that you receive it.

Please remember to notify your current service provider of that you wish to terminate their service as this is not something we can do on your behalf.
