In the past we had our T’s and C’s integrated into our signup forms and clients who joined us during that time received a copy of their agreement with the terms they agreed to embedded. Please note that those terms will supersede the terms in this section except when; 

1. A term in the contract is vague or;
2. The contract does not address a particular issue 

In such cases the terms in this section of the website will apply. If neither the contract nor the website covers an issue, then the applicable laws will apply.
