With respect to business and enterprise connectivity, such services may be bundled with certain service level guarantees. Please refer to the service levels for the respective networks as published in this section of our terms and conditions. Please note that these service levels are published as agreed with the respective FNOs and claims of breach of these service levels shall be determined by the respective FNO.
